1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on fb177. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment method numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent use of the Platform.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet. You are obligated to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

fb177 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Documents that may be requested include:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fb177 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fb177 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversions. The following mobile financial services are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by fb177, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your fb177 account balance within 30 seconds of a successful wallet transaction. fb177 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard send-money charges per their own fee schedule.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one BST business day (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals may only be sent to a mobile wallet number that is registered in your name and matches the wallet used for at least one prior deposit on your account. fb177 does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Holds: fb177 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud review, or wagering requirement fulfilment. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting Rules & Gameplay

All bets and wagers placed on fb177 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or specialty games. General betting rules applicable across the Platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fb177 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and accepted by the system, except in cases where an obvious error in odds or game result has occurred.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fb177 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during maintenance windows, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

12 Amendments & Termination

fb177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fb177 will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using fb177 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

fb177 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reason to believe this Agreement has been breached, where continued account operation poses a legal or regulatory risk, or upon request from the account holder. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within five BST business days.

Any clause of this Agreement that is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.
